Modern approaches to assessing the payback of educational products in scientific and practical research

Аннотация / Annotation:
Approaches to assessing the ROI of educational products are analyzed: a review of 211 scientific articles published over the last 20 years using the SciSpace platform is presented. The articles were classified according to the types of methodologies used (NPV, IRR, ABC, multi-criteria analysis) and ROI criteria (economic, academic, social). It is proved: it is necessary to develop standardized approaches to data collection and analysis, taking into account the specifics of education and intangible benefits.

Modern socio-economic conditions for the development of higher education determine the need to revise the strategy of the socio-cultural environment of the university, the basis of which is corporate culture. The article analyzes the conceptual characteristics of corporate culture as the leading management tool for achieving the strategic development goals of a university. The author has proposed a process model for the formation of a university’s corporate culture, including a cycle of reproduction of its main elements in accordance with the general management cycle.

An initial assessment of the impact of economic and educational factors on the depreciation of human capital in the regions is carried out. According to statistical data for 2022, a cluster model was built in the context of 85 regions of the Russian Federation containing 14 clusters. The characteristic of clusters in the feature space of the study is given. The necessity of conducting exploratory data analysis in the form of cluster analysis in the tasks of socio-economic modeling is shown.
