The article discusses ways to exit the regional market of educational services from the crisis associated with economic and demographic crises exacerbated by the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. The foreign experience of using endowment funds to finance higher education institutions is analyzed. The domestic tendencies of the higher education market are considered, which allow to activate the strategies for attracting applicants.

Precarization of Employment of Certain Categories of Citizens

The precarization of employment in Russia is considered. The dependence of the number of people employed in the informal sector of the economy on the field of activity, level of education, and age has been revealed. It has been established that the largest share of those employed in the informal sector of the economy is occupied by young people and people of retirement age; the reasons why they agree to unofficial work, replenishing the ranks of the precariat, are revealed. Possible ways out of this situation are proposed.
