Imitation practices in educational dimension legitimize ‘ordinariness’ as targeted orientation of a person on mediocre controlled and onthologized by him/her. The reasons of active appearance of this phenomenon should be found in activity of social institutes and in absense of direct ideological fundamentals of an educational system. Ordinariness stimulates many negative consequences including increasing distance between subjects of education.

The experiment was conducted by the authors, has shown that the main interest for school students are screen art media texts of mass (popular) culture. This popularity is due to the simultaneous effect of different components (tight plot, unusual and dynamic events, entertainment and exotic action, the validity of the hero’s actions, as well as its inherent charm, determination, resourcefulness, etc.). This lack of skills of aesthetic perception, aesthetic experience, the emotional experience of the value of complex phenomena, emotional, imaginative thinking does not allow students to see and understand the unusual in the conception and perception of the world author of artistic works. Therefore, the motives of students’ communication with screen art media texts are limited.
