THE CONTINUITY OF FEDERAL STATE EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS IN HIGHER EDUCATION

Аннотация / Annotation:
This article is discussed the continuity of Federal state educational standards in higher education – the transition from FGOS VPO to FGOS VO. The authors emphasize the importance of considering the educational organizations of the requirements of today to the quality of higher education, which aims to prepare professionals with the competencies required for the successful implementation of their future professional activity. Implementation in the educational process of the FGOS VO opens new opportunities for educational organization on the one hand, and prospects for improving the system of training of students and involves creating a different approach to the educational process as consequence, increase of competitiveness as individual educational institutions, and national education system.

The article is devoted to development problems of social-ecological competence of teachers who learns in the system of additional professional education. The essence of the competence concept is in the vocabulary of the social sciences and humanities, including in pedagogy traced. The social-ecological competence of a teacher in the conditions of the unfavorable ecological environment region is showed, as a didactic chains designed: social-ecological literacy, environmental education, social-ecological competence, social-ecological culture. The structural and functional characteristics of development of social-environmental teachers awareness is provided, who learns in the system of additional professional education.

In the article the analysis of various substantive ideas concerning the concept of quality of education and its methods of assessment. Demolished domestic and foreign approaches to the assessment of the quality of education at the University. This problem still has no generally accepted solution neither in our country nor abroad. This is due to the fact that the very task of measuring the quality of education cannot be solved only in the framework of a pedagogical science. It is part of the overall objective of assessing the quality of labor resources as a factor influencing the processes of socio-economic development in the country. That is why it is a challenge to all the participants in one way or another interested in the result: how universities and employers, public authorities, public organizations.

AN EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH INTO SOUND INTERFERENCE ON A FLAT MIRROR USING COMPUTER SCANNING

Abstract. An experimental method for research into physical magnitude fields using sensors enabling visualization of the pattern of a physical magnitude spatial distribution is a universal method as it can be used for study of different fields. We call it the computer scanning method. The visualization used in this case supposes virtual representation of the experimental research results using computer graphics aids. That is to say, the research results (numerical data) are converted into visual images. Such data representation facilitates operation with this information and the data exchange which enhances the training efficiency. The article considers a case study of this method for study of interference of waves on a flat mirror (an acoustic analogue of the Lloyd’s mirror experiment).
