Theoretical and methodological aspects of the analysis and development of the principles of education are considered: science and humanity paradigms of knowledge, natural and artificial essence of education, interconnection of objective qualities of education and social nature of life, the place of category of the principles of training in system of didactic knowledge, levels of the structural organization of education. The way of the analysis of the principles of education in aspect of levels of his structural organization is offered.

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article examines teaching personnel management contradictions that emerged during the implementation of Professional teaching standard in Krasnoyarsk Krai municipal education systems and educational establishments. The possibility of solving the detected contradictions and overcoming the teaching personnel management problems is taken into account in the context of its professionalization. The article provides some topical professionalization models of Krasnoyarsk Krai educational establishments’ teaching personnel, it proposes teacher’s professional skill assessment case method as a mean of solving new teaching personnel management problems.
