Functions of invariance and variance components of contents of education in different didactic approaches

Invariance and variance components of contents of education are considered in the article. The definitions are given, functions based on implemented didactic approaches are determined. A concept of subject of education is explained. Invariance and variance components of education are represented for education in information and educational environment.

Evolution of quality management and tasks of its implementation in modern russian higher education

Аннотация / Annotation:
Changes over the recent century in quality and approaches to quality management in production of goods and services, including higher education, are considered in the article. Fundamentals of the world recognized TQM are represented. It is shown that ISO standards in a field of quality are on the way to unification with TQM. On examples of successful implementation of TQM in schools and universities its effectiveness in quality management in a field of education is illustrated. It is shown that in Russia higher education administration provides quality management on the basis of outdated approaches; and systems of quality management based on a typical model, which are implemented in universities, overload a university with paper work and do not focus on facilitation of existing processes. The tasks to be solved are given for increasing a quality management and its facilitating as a common challenge for Russia.

Verbal giving of lectures restricts abilities of correct perception and mastering of studied material. Since the advent of computer techniques of presentation design, we can develop a virtual foundation of visual support for a lecture material. Conditions providing effectiveness of usage a complex of presentation materials are considered in the article, and rules of presentation designed by an author through investigates and experiments are given in the exhibit. These rules can be used by university teachers and students.
