Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of the efficient functioning of the lifelong learning system. For this purpose the best educational structure are universities as organizations with «lifelong cycle» which most keenly focused on new trends of socio-cultural development – organizations where you can find a place for everyone» (F. Jansen). These terms defined the vector of development of Moscow Region State University and in particular the system of lifelong learning education.

Abstract: The article discusses the technique of coaching in the educational process of higher education. Coaching is seen as relations of cooperation in education between teacher and student in order to achieve professional and / or personal development results. Coaching focuses on the strengths of technology in learning. The principles of coaching are revealed. The tasks of the teacher-coach are given. The author concludes that the use of technology of coaching allows teaching students time management during the professional formation and development, planning in the creation of scientific product, integrating and presenting the results of scientific research.

Review: Practically-oriented character of didactics is determined by its special constructively technical function which is closely connected with theoretical function of this science as theoretical and didactical knowledge is normative and managerial orientate for practices of education, creation of educational technologies, construction of educational and methodological systems. New technologies and methodologies are sometimes created without necessary groundings, such terms as « project», « system», «technology» and «model» are misunderstood and mixed. According to modern researches of didactics an item of deductive model of education and modelling should be discussed as a modern method of development of theory and practice of education.

The authors consider the elements of the quality management system of education based on the principles of the didactic monitoring of education outcomes allowing to develop a model of measurement and evaluation of the level of competence of medical students. In the Ural State Medical University the testing system evolution is associated with the introduction of e-learning and distance technologies and transformation of the ideas of self-monitoring of the level of education quality for students and graduates during undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Moreover, the importance of the testing system in the university is obvious as it serves as a means of expertise of meeting the requirements of federal state educational standards at the state accreditation procedure.
