The article describes the peculiarities of the master students training and the master program graduate model based on the competence approach. The importance of the instructor’s advisory activity in the process of forming the graduates research competence is revealed, and the model of its forming is developed. Experimental data confirming the need for organization of the instructor’s purposeful advisory activity are presented. The paper concludes that this type of advisory activity must be trained.

The article outlines post-war foreign experience of creating foster families and family campuses, examines some aspects that contribute to change the situation of orphans, taking into account the factors of overcoming deprivation and preserving the institution of the family. The article considers and analyzes the historical prerequisites and scientific approaches to the definition of deprivation. Individual problems of deprivation of onset manifestations in orphans have been identified, and, taking into account with historical foreign experience, ways to overcome deprivation, since the problem of social orphanhood in our country is still relevant today.

The computer modeling methods help to receive the graphs of the knowledge level dependence from time. It is explained, why assimilation and forgetting occur on the logistical law.
