Application of blended-learning system for students training at educational institutions

The problem of the development and application of combined learning systems in the training of specialists in educational organizations is considered. A brief analysis of the pedagogical possibilities of different types of training (electronic, distance, mixed, combined and integrated) is presented. It is emphasized that the greatest effectiveness of students’ training is achieved on the basis of combining these types of training. The principles of developing a combined system of training and didactic support are presented.

The article examines lifelong pedagogical education as an object of didactic knowledge. A variant of solving the problem of didactic ensuring the continuity of educational results at different levels of lifelong education is proposed. The concept of “universal pedagogical competences” is introduced, three groups of competencies are presented (social; anthropocentric, acmeological), their level character is substantiated, which is necessary for creating a unified educational space for pedagogical education.
