This work covers studying of psychological and psycholinguistic factors of influence of an advertisment. Advertising influence is considered as a cycling two-factor process. An external factor includes structural and composition properties of an advertisement and applied methods of psychological influence; and an internal factor includes cognitive and personal properties of an addressee. The experimental data can be put into practice not only in a field of design of an advertisement but also in a field of pedagogy for optimization of automatic mastering.
