Reforming professional education on a modern stage is related to implementation of the federal state standard of third generation of VPO. Necessity in implementing technologies of support of an educational process in projecting individual educational programs for students is described. Authors of the article shows specifics of implmenetation of principles of individualization, openness in IOP at a university and describe challenging ways of developing tutor activies at a university.

METHODS OF INTERNAL ESTIMATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF SCIENTIFIC AND INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF A UNIVERSITY

Аннотация / Annotation:
A problem of estimation of success, effectiveness and quality of scientific and innovative activity (SIA) and a management system is the less investigated problem in science. Approaches proposed by various authors and applied to estimation of of SIA of universities, are based on a comparative analysis of the results of various universities. These instruments are sucessfully applied in external estimation of university’s activities. But in order to get objective information as a basis for decision-making in management of SIA, university’s authporities need in the instrument of internal estimation of results and effectiveness focusing on specifics of innovation activities of a special university. Methods of internal estimation of effectiveness of SIA, which is based on an approach to estimation of effectiveness of administrative activity as estimation of a degree of progress in goals’ achieving, is represented in the article.

The article deals with the problems of chemical training process of students-environmentalists preparation at technical universities. The realization of the problem-research approach as well as the competence approach in chemical training process of future environmentalists were grounded. The potential possibilities of these approaches for study improvement of chemical and professional oriented disciplines were discussed. Some examples of educational problem situations at the lecture, practical and seminar lessons and also elements of students’ research activity during the laboratory practicum were demonstrated.

Abstract. In the article on specific examples of feature films of nazi films on the Russian topic, the author make hermeneutic analysis of the cultural context – investigation of the interpretation of media texts, cultural and historical factors influencing the views of the agency / media text and the author point of view of the audience. The author has in mind that the hermeneutic analysis of media text comprehension involves a comparison with historical, cultural tradition and reality, insight into its logic, a comparison of media images in historical and cultural context with a combination of historical, hermeneutical analysis of the structural, plot, ethical, ideological and iconographic / visual, analysis of media stereotypes and media text characters.
