Theoretical and Applied aspects of Innovative Higher School Process (with a foreign language discipline as example)

Researcher views on creation of innovative educational context of modern higher school are considered, including administrative and instructional levels. The ways of creating innovative capacious learning environment through the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) are analyzed. The implementation of an innovative approach to the study of a foreign language in higher school is illustrated by a textbook for graduate Master level students of technical profile, which contains ICT elements in its contents. The detailed description of its benefits and examples of the study assignments aimed at computer-assisted language learning are given as part of semester project designed to create a package of documents for obtaining a conditional grant.

Modern administrative education in the conditions of university represents consecutive development being trained a complex of disciplines which are urged to create a number of the general and professional competences of future managers. In texts of Russian Federal state standards of higher education on administrative profiles the requirement to use in the course of training interactive forms of work with the students which choice the employee of higher education institution has to be probably caused by specifics of disciplines which he teaches is specified. The article offers to consideration some of the interactive techniques which are developed by the author and productively applied by him in the course of teaching of environmental and production management at the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia.
