Annotation. The article discusses a model of a multilingual vocation-oriented competence, which is being developed in the system of the philological education with specialization in the field of foreign languages (advanced placement foreign language class in high school and in university). The described competence contributes to the professional identification development. The author bases his research upon the concept of lifelong education, continuous vocational orientation and a series of studies on continuing development of the personality. The paper represents four levels of the described competence corresponding to the Common Reference Levels (CEFR) and the stages of the philological education.

Abstract. The happening changes in domestic professional educational system are followed by introduction in educational process of modular and competence-based approach according to standards of the third generation. It is established that the system of actions of the expert teacher of transition to modular training assumes development of the modular program of a training course consisting of the complex didactic purpose and set of the modules providing achievement of this purpose. Together with teachers experimenters we developed theoretical part of a number of subject matters of natural-science and vocational training of students of the SPO professional organizations. It is defined that structurally each module, according to the theory of modular training, has to contain: theoretical part (subjects or sub-themes, questions and tasks for fixing, etc.); practical part (seminar occupations, laboratory works, etc.) and also packages of means of estimation of results of training (the COMA, the BRAID, etc.) for the purpose of carrying out the current, rubezhny and total control.

Abstract. One of the main ways to achieve high sportsmanship in sports acrobatics is the improvement of technique in one tempo exercises. The inability of athletes to perform elements of the higher groups of the difficulties is the tendency to seek new ways of solving this problem. The article deals with the analysis of kinematic characteristics of techniques of performing a triple back flip with United hands lower in group acrobatics. The determination of the kinematic characteristics helped to identify the model parameters leading motor action partners.

In the article we perform theoretical-methodological analysis of innovative model of cadets’ intellectual-creative potential development in military university in the course of foreign language. The model, formulated by the author, represents an interconnected system of gradual pedagogical actions, that by the development of motivation-oriented component, content-related component, activity-organizational component, praxeological component and reflection component of intellectual-creative potential, implement their gradual mastering and then practical application throughout the life activity of future military specialist.The author reveals the purpose, objectives, methodological approach, principles, functions, the content of pedagogical technology, describes in detail the criterial apparatus, methods, forms, tools, as well as psychological and pedagogical conditions that improve the development level of intellectual and creative potential of cadets, ready for continuous intellectual and creative, spiritual and moral self-development and self-actualization in the military profession.
