Bauman introduces the Concept of innovative development of Russian higher professional education, having the ability to advanced training of specialists with professional skills that will enable them to work in the areas of knowledge and competencies, which will appear at the time of their release. The directions of carrying out works within the engineering center. The structure of the engineering center and to identify promising directions of work. The methods of implementation of promising scientific-research and educational programmes, combined in innovative property development. The convergence of new developments and programs allows you to get a new quality of specialists and innovative technologies.

Authors offer the procedure of development of pedagogical technology. Two points of view on estimation of results of training of students are analyzed, it agrees the first – estimation of universal educational actions (the I rate). According to the second – end-to-end technology according to which the level of development of competences of rather specific readable disciplines, is determined depending on labor input, the level of assimilation of competence and coefficient of a posemestrovy form of certification.

Contents of the curriculum of training of bachelors in the Pedagogical education direction 44.03.01 the Technology profile are given. Special attention is paid to features of teaching the all-technical disciplines entering the educational Engineering science module. As the tool for assessment of the professional training level components and criteria of readiness for professional and pedagogical activities of future bachelors of the Technology profile are allocated, sales terms of these components are also determined.
