The actuality of the set topic is conditioned by the reasonable changes in the system of higher education caused by globalization processes and the necessity to control these changes. The author analyses the subject of higher education internationalization management, characterizes the system of control actions and defines theoretical and methodological characteristics of internationalization management at university. The paper proves the importance and the complexity of the task of creating the optimal organizational and management infrastructure of internationalization. The authors show how to solve the indicated problems.
