Effective and ineffective algorithms of diagnostic thinking of teachers-psychologists

The article discusses the effectiveness and inefficiency of algorithms of diagnostic thinking of teachers-psychologists. Criteria for the effectiveness of such algorithms are formulated. It is concluded that research within the framework of the problem of diagnostic algorithms and diagnostic thinking of educational psychologists is necessary and significant both from a theoretical and practical point of view.

The article presents the author’s view on the terminology in the field of education related to the development of innovative telecommunications educational technologies, a comparative analysis of educational didactics. Based on the postulates of the application of the digital educational platform and its properties on the example of the Roveb platform, it is proved that the best variant of the paradigm of modern education is platform education, which embodies robotic didactics carried out in a Web environment.

Organization of corporate training for insurance agents in the Russian insurance market

Based on an original study, an analysis and assessment of the condition of schools of insurance agents, recommendations on development, on the beginning of the formation of standard courses on training to comply with the basic standards of self-regulatory organizations of insurers are given.

The paper highlights the problem of difficulties in doing the research. Characteristics and essence of the difficulties are considered. The scheme model of problem solving is given. The research activity is characterized. The author presents the analysis of the obstacles in research process based on the literature review. Special attention is given to difficulties met by young researchers. The results of the survey are interpreted. The types of difficulties are defined. The paper offers adaptive combined raining system and computerized multidisciplinary practical course are developed to train students to cope difficulties. In addition, the algorithm is designed. In conclusion, the methodology instructions are given to develop the competence in overcoming the difficulties in research.

The article considers the views of scientists on the practice-oriented approach to training students in higher education. Practice-oriented training is the subject of scientific research by many domestic and foreign scientists, but its methodological, theoretical and technological aspects are insufficiently studied, structured and justified. The article reveals the essence of practice-oriented training of future managers of fire and rescue units as the basis for professional training of operational services specialists. The article shows the specifics of the organization and features of practical training in fire drill in the course of training in the formation of professional competencies of students, and the dependence of the formation of professional competencies on the motivation of students.
