The article presents the results of a sociological study of the best pedagogical practices of teachers of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Based on the results of the study, proposals were developed for the dissemination of the best pedagogical practices, which included a set of programs, activities and projects of an educational and socio-cultural nature, as well as institutional and managerial mechanisms for the formation of a culture of teaching quality at the university.

Education based on individual educational programs: collective vs individual

The ratio of individual and social represents a triangle: loneliness among others, “front”, collective. Individual and truly collective are in a relationship of unity and harmony. Three different ways of individualization in education are distinguished. An individual educational program differs from the autonomous program. The implementation of individual programs is possible only in the collective educational process. The system of collective education in individual programs is non-frontal. System of collective learning according to individual programs means that students work in cooperation with other learners. Each of them have their individual learning program, and these are realized through learners’ interaction.

The problem of individualization of teaching mathematics may be solved with the help of online boards and computer trainers. An overview of existing online boards is given and criteria for selecting the best ones are proposed. The computer trainers developed by the author, aimed at automating basic computing skills, are presented. A methodology for working with trainers based on the method of spaced repetitions is given and empirical data on the results of their implementation are presented.

This article presents the results of a pedagogical experiment, namely, diagnostics of students ‘ knowledge of the educational organization of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia in the field of pedagogy, psychology and victimology. Testing was carried out using a battery of tests “Checking the level of knowledge of students about the implementation of social and pedagogical rehabilitation activities under the supervision of citizens”, developed by the authors. The results of testing allowed us to develop and implement in practice the methodology, theory and methodology of forming the competence of police officers in the field of social and pedagogical rehabilitation activities with registered employees.

The author offers a curriculum for an additional professional training program «Organization of native (bashkir) language lessons based on a linguoculturological approach to training in accordance with the requirements of the Federal state educational standard of basic general education and the professional standard “Teacher”». The program is aimed at improving the teacher’s ethno-cultural competence in the use of bashkir folklore in the classroom.
