The article reveals the relevance of personalized learning in the context of professional training of future teachers. The experience of organizing personalized learning within the framework of professional cycle disciplines on the Moodle platform and offline is analyzed. The data obtained during the study can be used by higher education teachers in the process of training future teachers in the context of personalized learning.

The article describes the directions for improving the design of individual educational trajectories in higher education. Groups of factors influencing the choice of trajectory (macrofactors, mesofactors, microfactors) are considered. The following areas are considered: flexibility of curricula, integration of digital technologies and educational platforms, use of mentoring and self-assessment systems. The importance of adapting educational programs to the requirements of the labor market is emphasized.

The article proposes the basic principles, methodology and program for the development of a «talent development passport», which is aimed at tracking the results of students’ development, contributes to the formation of a subjective position, as it affects the development of independence and activity. It structures achievements, the results of assessing the level of formation of meta-subject and personal competencies, and provides recommendations for their improvement, which allows a comprehensive approach to the study of student development.

The problem of measuring the amount of knowledge contained in educational texts is considered. It is shown that currently there are no universal units of knowledge measurement. All approaches remain indirect or subjective and depend on many factors. Tokenization of educational content at various levels allows not only to determine the amount of knowledge, but also to identify key ideas and constructions relevant to learning, and provides an opportunity for deeper analysis and evaluation of the content.

These are the methods for solving creative problems: brainstorming, synectics, method of overcoming the inertial thinking effect. The content of the article was structured with the help of «inversion» creative method.
