Analysis of graduates’ competences in airspace engineering

Issues of development are discussed in the article and analysis of forecasting model of a graduate in a field of airspace engineering based on competence approach is represented. Estimation methods of a competence value built on questionnaires of respondents are given. Competence ranging enables to see a level of their mastering on basic educational program, elaborated by university on the basis of federal state educational standards of new generation for this field of study.

Issues of development are discussed in the article and analysis of forecasting model of a graduate in a field of airspace engineering based on competence approach is represented. Special features of organization of education process in a distributed university, which implements educational programs through distance educational technologies, are considered. New approaches to development and planning of a teaching process and a number of teachers in implementation of information and communication educational technologies are described. Practical recommendations for setting a workload and a number of teachers, having different qualifications, at the university using ICT for distance education, are given.

Poland: innovations in preschool and primary education

Innovative measures for Polish system of preschool and primary education implemented by organs of public education in Poland in order to increase a status of preschool education and its integration into primary school are represented in the article. New ways for development of preschool education infrastructure, in order to increase inclusion of majority of children of appropriate age into a system of preschool education, are described. Innovative approaches to development of contents of preschool and primary education are shown; ways of implementation of continuity between first grades of school system are characterized. The article covers the results of autonomy in many fields of pedagogic activity, which arose in Poland because of the reform of education.
