The article is devoted to evaluation of the role of educational clusters in solving the problem of training of specialists of engineering profile in accordance with modernization priorities in the sphere of economy. Formulated trends in supply and demand on the specialists of engineering profile, and describes the factors that contribute to increasing the quality level of competences of graduates of the leading engineering universities included in the composition of strategic cluster-based partnerships. The article provides expert data of the quantitative assessment of the role of educational clusters in the decision of actual problems of training of specialists of engineering profile in the interests of development of priority branches of economy.

The role and value of applied methodical providing locates in article: (introduction of the variable component “Global Health”; electronic educational and methodical grant “Preparation of students of medical school for the international teleconferences” within the variable component “Global Health” with use of interactive methods of training and aimed at the development of speech skills). The author carried out the analysis and an assessment of efficiency of influence of the interactive educational environment on development of IPORK and reliable results which testify about positive dynamics of this activity are received.

In article attempt of the analysis of a psychosemantic method of «multiple identification» for studying of asotsialny behavior of the accepting population and migrants is undertaken. The prospect of use of a method of «multiple identifications» to research of a phenomenon of asotsialny behavior as alternative to helping behavior is defined by possibility of research of system of the values describing substantial structure of base acts of the accepting population concerning migrants. These structures, being the steadiest and characteristic for a certain group of examinees, give the chance to see the probable bases of formation of helping, not helping behavior. Specifics of the offered technique is that she allows to track features of understanding, act estimates in a context, specific action.
