Annotation: In modern conditions need of reduction of cadets training for the higher military school in compliance with a tendency of continuous complication of military professional activity amplifies. In article locates that overcoming of the developed discrepancy is promoted by introduction of innovations in preparation of the faculty to cadets training. The author revealed negative tendencies in the course of cadets training, pedagogical conditions of introduction of innovations in preparation of teachers for their permission are offered.

Annotatio: In article the treatment of the concept «innovative activity» as the activity directed on creation and realization of an innovation for the purpose of receiving practical result, having positive impact on social and economic, political, scientific, etc. society spheres is given. Reveals in relation to a subject of research of the concept «innovation». The psikhologo-pedagogical model of readiness of the graduate of higher education institution to the innovative activity, consisting of the creative and organizational and administrative blocks which are switching on cognitive, motivational, emotional and strong-willed and operational components is described. The maintenance of each of components reveals. Possibilities of formation at students of higher education institution of readiness for innovative activity within new State standards are analyzed.
