The article presents the theoretical-methodological substantiation of multicultural education in Armenia. Substantiated the relevance and necessity of multicultural education in monoethnic educational environment. In this context there are presented theoretical concept of «dialogue of cultures» of M.M. Bakhtin and V.S. Bibler and ideas of L.S. Vigotsky about cultural development of child. There are given peculiarities of realization of multicultural education in multicultural, but monoethnic educational environment.

For modern Russian schools functioning in the mode of transition to Federal state educational standards of special importance the implementation of the concept of humanitarization of education. One of the important directions of the implementation of the ideas of humanization in the practice of mass education is the improvement of historical and methodological content of the subject training of students, carried out by means of teaching AIDS. The use of information from the history of scientific discoveries, the demonstration of the role of science in social progress at various stages of the history of the development of society, information about the life and activities of scientists have as its goal the formation of students ‘ not only system-specific substantive historical knowledge, but the establishment of their system of spiritual values, moral positions and ideals that define the livelihoods of the young man, his personal and professional development that must be implemented by means of training packages, the relevant FGOS.

The paper provides scientific and methodological concept of improving test technologies, providing the transmission of a number of functions of the teacher teaching-controlling complex, is a complete software with three structural components (blocks). Complexes passed wide approbation and implemented in the educational process more than thirty universities in Russia.
