The author’s interpretation of the andragogical potential is given in the article from the standpoint of the development of the university complex of continuous pedagogical education in the conditions of the innovative economy. The totality of its resources providing scientific and pedagogical workers with the opportunity to implement cross-cutting meta-subject modules as systems of teaching and research assignments and professionally oriented projects of anthropologically oriented content for the professional and personal development of the student has been revealed.

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article provides a detailed discussion about advantages and limitations of Charles Pierce’s full cycle of research consisting of abduction, deduction and induction. It is shown that the method of qualitative induction applied to self-correcting of an explanatory hypothesis at the final stage of solving scientific problems in the indeterminate surrounding requires some modifications that can improve the reliability of the research results. The paper suggests an alternative method of regressive induction that allows to solve non-paradigm tasks.

The main goal of this article are the specificities of activity-based analysis of the problem of developing learner ‘ skills to solve applied problems in the theory and practice of school physics teaching. We select and implement to process of learning physics the functions of practice-based learning. They con-tribute to the achievement of the learner planned results of development of basic educational programs and allow to pupils get successfully pass the basic state ex-am in physics.

The cultural theory of the content of education (1980-1983) became the first didactic theory of the content of education, which proved the connection between learning and culture and determining the humanitarian and activity essence of its mastering by the student. However, despite the full description of the theoretical provisions of its application in teaching, the theory has not become a practical tool in its use by mass practice. The purpose of the article: to reveal the innovative potential of didactics through the prism of the development of the cultural theory of the content.

The article presents an analysis of the conditions, the observance of which can contribute to improving the effectiveness of the type of activities being considered with this contingent of children; the main features of children with intellectual deficiency are analyzed, which should be taken into account when organizing subject Olympiads and competitions. The article contains a number of methodical recommendations on the organization of competitive and olympiad events, including taking into account the regional component (in the example of the Moscow region).

The article describes the results of the study of empathic abilities of prospective adoptive (substitute) parents, representatives of various professional groups and adoptive parents from among the helping professions. A comparative analysis of the empathic abilities of prospective adoptive (substitute) parents, representatives of different professional groups and the ICR of “Empathy” at the reception-tions of parents from among the helping professions. Empirically and operationally proven significant differences in the level of development of empathic abilities represented professional groups. It is suggested to consider the development of empathie as one of the criteria of effectiveness of substitute family care, in particular, and the successful social integration of orphans in General.
