The effectiveness of the development of teachers’ psychological and pedagogical competence depends on various features of the functioning of general education organizations, especially schools with low educational results. The main part analyzes the scientific literature on the research problem. A model of personalized support for the development of professional competencies of teachers is presented. The results of the study showed the effectiveness of the personalized approach.

The article provides a theoretical analysis of the provisions of the application of the dialogical approach in education. The modern trends and directions of the development of dialogue pedagogy are highlighted, revealing instrumental and ontological aspects of understanding the role of dialogic interaction in the conditions of individual self-development, the formation of personal worldviews, the meanings of perception of being. The current approaches to the implementation of interactive learning in the study of the discipline «Project Management» are formulated.

The article considers the application of game modeling as a promising method of interactive training for cadets and students of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. It is noted that the activity of students should be both motivated by external circumstances and deeply realized, since it is aimed at acquiring relevant knowledge, skills and professional experience. The methodological aspects of the organization and implementation of game modeling in the educational process are considered.

This paper deals with the issue of improving the quality of engineering education through the introduction of project activities in the educational process in higher education institutions. It is noted that in order to effectively achieve the goal, the project should develop creative and technical thinking, and the project result should have practical or scientific value. As an example, the experience of creation by students of a laboratory equipment to study the influence of the closeness of the earth on the aerodynamic characteristics of the helicopter main rotor is described.
