Through analysis of scientific and pedagogical sources, the concept of learning satisfaction in professional training of educators based on a smart approach has been clarified. The satisfaction structure has been identified and substantiated, including technological, personalization, content-methodological, communicative-supportive components and integral assessment. Possibilities of applying the structure in developing diagnostic tools for programs in digital technologies are shown.

Chatbot as a tool for personalizing the educational trajectory in preparation for final certification (using the OGE as an example)

The article discusses the problem of using generative chatbots by students in self-preparation for the OGE. The authors propose and describe in detail a methodology based on the principles of personalization, an activity-based approach, and the development of meta-subject skills. The transformed role of the teacher as a facilitator and curator is determined. It is concluded that the proposed methodology makes it possible to turn a chatbot into a tool for building an individual educational trajectory.

Sacrality as a feature of pedagogical activity

The article justifies that pedagogical activity, being a social phenomenon, can be characterized as sacred, i.e. worthy of veneration, which has special significance. At the level of the educational process, sacrality is supported by the skill of the educator, his authority. This allows him to solve the problems of teaching, upbringing and development of students quickly. It is shown that both the external causes and the educator’s own choice lead to the desecralization of pedagogical activity.
