The article substantiates the necessity of development of system of improvement of professional skill of heads of educational institutions, their professional and communicative ethical culture, and also disclosed the nature, structure, manifestations of the culture in the real administrative and pedagogical practice. The article considers theoretical-methodical bases of pedagogical ethics which are the basis of meaningful technological support of process of development in the system of additional professional education professional communication culture education managers.

USE OF COMPUTER EXPERIMENTS FOR THE STUDY OF LARGE SYSTEMS OF PARTICLES

Presents the problem of creating a system of educational of computational experiments, on the example of which you can explore the most important deterministic and stochastic methods of modeling of large systems of particles. Considered the following methods: 1) the modeling of the gas with use hard spheres; 2) the methods of molecular dynamics, taking into account the attraction and repulsion of molecules; 3) the method of large particles; 4) the method of cellular automata; 5) the method of the random motion of molecules; 6) the method of statistical tests; 7) search the state with minimum energy. Given two computer programs that simulate: 1) the increase in entropy of the diffusion; 2) the evaporation of a liquid in a closed vessel, the formation of vapor. The paper contains 7 figures, obtained as a result computer simulations.

The article describes one of the reasons of the low efficiency of small innovative companies created in universities. This reason associates with insufficient set of the competencies academic staff coming in innovative entrepreneurship. It is shown that the presence specialists, which in the university environment are called highly qualified specialists – doctors of science, in the staffing of small companies is not a sufficient factor in the success of these companies. On the basis of the “innovation agent model” developed by authors earlier, authors formed a set of competencies that are necessary to bring to the university environment for the successful transfer of university staff in small innovative companies.

This paper shows the experience of using the harvester simulator in the educational process in the preparation of engineers in the field of forestry. According to the results of the study subjects assessed the effectiveness of the use of interactive teaching methods with the use of the harvester simulator in the form of testing. According to the test results prepodvaivaemy material absorbed 19% more efficient.
