This article substantiates the importance of the mathematics teacher’s methodical thinking development at the organization of the research process within the limits of the testing site on the regional level. The ways of assimilation and realization of the consistent variability models of mathematics teaching (СВМОМ) have been outlined through the use at designing of the teaching material by the text problem variation technique, through designing of mutually supplemental problems in the problem stock of the textbook and motivational tasks by the teachers-researchers. The development of the methodical competences of teachers (designing of the mathematics teaching content) in accordance with the designing and realization of the systemic-variable teaching model encourages the release of the mathematics teacher’s methodical potential.
