Summary. In article the concept «competence» from the point of view of educational process and from the point of view of professional activity is considered. The list of the main key competences of future metallurgical engineer according to FGOS higher professional education of the 3rd generation is offered. The system of an assessment of competences of the graduate on the basis of the 4th-level structure is considered. Innovative methods and methods of formation of competences in the direction of preparation 150400 «Metallurgy» (bachelor) are described.

Assessment of the level of mathematical competence of future psychologists

Abstract. On the basis of Federal state educational standards for bachelor compiled a list of the courses, mathematical and information orientation for students of humanitarian specialties. The analysis of these specialties provides a basis for a differentiated approach to the mathematical training of students-humanities. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of teaching mathematics to future psychologists, because, unlike other humanities, mathematical training is conducted by a psychologist on a fairly serious level. As a tool to assess the level of mathematical competence of students – future psychologist selected test Toulouse-Pieron to diagnose the amount and quality of voluntary attention in school children. Based on the test methods identified four levels of mathematical competence of future psychologist: low, average, above average and high.

The relevance of the work is caused by the new requirements to the content and assessment of education outcomes in paradigm of competence. The work considers reflexive potential of methods Cinquain and «Stalker» as components of fund of assessment tools of vocational training of future defectology bachelors. The study presents the results of the comparative analysis of methodical guidelines to regulate and formation of the fund of assessment tools that are widely used in the educational process in the higher school. The paper represents the classification of traditional and non-traditional methods of control at different stages of students’ certification. The work represents results of empirical research (method of survey and expert assessments) to identify the relevance of application of methods Cinquain and «Stalker» in the higher school’s practice of design and use of fund of assessment tools in the system of vocational training of defectology bachelors.

Abstract. In article the computer model of the pupil is offered; it is considering the following: 1) at increase in backlog from requirements of the teacher the pupil’s motivation to learning at first increases, reaches a maximum, and then decreases; 2) at increase in speed of the statement of new material the transmission coefficient of the «teacher–pupil» channel at first is equal 1, and then smoothly decreases to 0; 3) the condition of the pupil is defined by amount of his weak (poor) and strong (solid) knowledge; weak knowledge is forgotten quicker than strong knowledge. It is shown that is desirable to alternate studying of theoretical material and fulfilling of practical tasks.
