In article the author’s interpretation of the concept «organizational and pedagogical conditions» is this, organizational and pedagogical conditions of training of soldiers of an inventory in civil higher education institutions are proved and content on the basis of pedagogical strategy «integration», «enrichment», «familiarizing» is opened them, options of implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions of training of soldiers of an inventory in civil higher education institutions by means of integration of content of civil and military and professional disciplines on the basis of intersubject communications, use in educational activities of technology a case-stadi are offered, to the organization of project activities of future soldiers of an inventory.

The article provides an analysis of the Federal state educational standards in the aspect of internationalization ideas reflection. Considering internationalization as a basic strategy, the author justifies the need to analyze the professional socialization process of students and graduates through the prism of internationalization ideas. Participation in academic mobility at the stage of studentship is considered as a factor of forming readiness for occupational mobility in a dynamic labor market.

The problem of compliance of the training mathematical model to regularities of learning and forgetting is considered. Are discussed: 1) the continuous-deterministic training model based on the solution of the differential equations system; 2) the stochastic model of assimilation of the learning material elements set with the variable forgetting coefficient. The generalized multicomponent model of training in which knowledge acquired by the pupil is subdivided into 15 categories differing in forgetting speed for the first time is presented.
