The article analyzes the state of environmental-oriented training of highly qualified specialists in the field of management and strategic management decision-making. It is necessary to have a management decision-making strategy, which is based on a fundamentally different socio-economic model, which should contain a new vector that is absent in the traditional system of management education – environmental management. In the article we try to define the problems of environmental-oriented training of future managers and identify its prospects in the light of the growing environmental crisis of our time.

The practical need for the formation of educology is dictated by new trends in teaching and management activities in education. But the origins of its appearance are associated with the evolution of human culture, embodied in the achievements of modern technological civilization. The article shows that the prerequisites for the emergence of education as a branch of human activity were genetic and cultural co-evolution, overcoming the cumulative threshold of cultural accumulation and the emergence of cultural drive.

Verbitsky and the regulations on the system-genesis of professional activity of V.D. Shadrikov. In addition to modernizing the traditional forms of the educational process, the methodology includes organization of the project activity of computer modeling. The approach allows to lay the foundations of computing thinking and to begin the formation of a number of professional competencies at the early stage of training.

As a result of the ascertaining experiment, data were obtained indicating the existence of a relationship between such innovative qualities of the individual as creativity, reflection of activity, the General index of innovativeness, orientation to the future, risk and self-regulation.
