The goal of the research is to define the current professors’ readiness to implement individualization of educational training. The goal requires identifying professors’ opinions in relation to the individualization of educational training of law students. This made it possible to identify some contradictions requiring resolution before introducing individualization into the educational process.

The problem of social norms in the pedagogy of post-industrial society

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article analyzes the essence of the social norm as a model, rule, characteristics of the permissible range in pedagogical reality. The ambivalence of the behavioral norm in the pedagogy of post-industrial society is emphasized, when the opposition of humanistic and liberal, neoliberal discourses is fixed. In such conditions, the segregation of the traditional socio-cultural normativity of the Christian civilization is revealed as irrelevant in the cultivation of postmodern trends. The author fixes the need to consolidate the educational space of the country on the basis of the implementation of the rational-ethical-existential direction of the humanistic pedagogical paradigm, the implementation of a unitary approach to the functioning of the legislative framework, which will allow us to productively solve the problem of social norms for the younger generation.

Issues of providing safe conditions of the military service in the Military institutions of the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the provision of safe conditions for military service in the military institutions of the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. It is emphasized that for the Russian Guard at the present stage, the core problem is the formation of an officer corps, which determines the moral and legal climate, the ability of personnel to serve in the interests of democratic and legal statehood and civil society. Particular attention is paid to the reasons for the low efficiency of work to ensure the safety of military service in the universities of the Russian Guard. It is concluded that the formation of safe conditions for military service in the universities of the Russian Guard should include immersion in activities to solve professional tasks and their implementation, focus on the problematic nature of activities, reflection on the activities carried out.
