The author considers a few possible models of the lessons series, designed in accord with the analytic and synthetic approaches as well as the lesson models typical of these approaches.

Abstract. The article analyzes the concept of efficiency educational systems. The different approaches to assessing the efficiency of management were considered. Essence of the concept of educational monitoring was disclosed. Criteria indicators for measuring efficiency of the competence-oriented management training for future teachers in Magistrates were proposed. The features qualimetry approach to monitor quality control was analyzed.

Studying Russian language in Europe is one of challenging directions. Last years the Foundation ‘Russkiy Mir’, The Institute for Russian Language in the name of A.S. Pushkin make actions for strengthening positions of Russian language and supporting teachers. Also together with existing practice of teachers’ training and retraining for teaching Russian language as a foreign one in Europe there is an idea of innovative project within the frameworks of the program Grundwig (adult education).

An analysis of a theory and practice of teaching from neoclassical and postneoclassical positions of scientific rationality is conducted in the article; development of logic and philosophic problems effects on modern pedagogy: there are new tendencies and challenges in theoretical and applied aspects that enable to accumulate didactic knowledge and provide new interpretation of an existing scientific corpus of didactics. Model and Algorithm of Employee’s Educational Level Calculation

Аннотация / Annotation:
This article covers the model of the employee’s educational level calculation, assigning to each level of education values of competencies and their increments expressed in сredits. There have been identified two components of education: academic, i.e. do not become obsolete, used “through all life”, and professional, as well as their numerical evaluation for all levels of education. For the professional component there has been obtained the evaluation of the competencies’ volume, that need to be updated in each five-year cycle of training, due to the volume increment of education, evaluation is given for different types of the employee activities in this cycle. There has been developed an algorithm for current level of education calculation, which can be used to monitor the progress of the training plans of staff.

A structure and contents of development of graphic skills in a technical university by using information technologies is considered in the article. Necessity of information support of life cycle of products is set. Educational disciplines of graphic training in a technical university are considered and described. It is stated that one skill of graphic skills is 3D-simulation, and a main purpose of modernization of graphic skills is in effecting on growth of quality management without increasing a number of class hours. Therefore we have a main request for developing geometric and graphic skills for increasing volume of simulation.
