The paper considers postgraduate admission principles from the viewpoint that graduates make a deliberate choice. The process of PhD student training is analyzed and the need for improvement in the quality of annual assessment is revealed. Recommended practice for raising personal responsibility of scientific tutors during selection of a thesis theme and their mentoring are proposed. Problems associated with enhancing results of PhD students by material interest and closer relationships between associates of the scientific institute are examined.

Space education as a scientific discipline

Аннотация / Annotation:
On the basis of modern breakthrough in neuroscience, psychology, cosmology and philosophy the author gives arguments for the relevance of space education and its prospects in the world’s educational systems. Exploring the human psyche on the scale of the Earth and the space, the stages of its evolution in the structure of the Universe, the author is founding  more advanced scientific and philosophical basis for space education. It has been defined: subject, object, goals, objectives and methods of space education. The subject of space education is a holistic process of formation and development as individual psyche so the psyche in the wholw – psyspace. The object of space education is permanent perfection of intelligent substance of the Earth. It has been determined the purpose of space education – formation of planetary-cosmic personality. According to the the author planetary-cosmic personality is a harmony of mind, body and soul aimed  at realizing of the internal creative potential of the psyche for the benefit of the evolution of reasonable substance on the scale of the Earth and the space. Characteristics of planetary- cosmic personality are constantly improved and serve   as a model (ideal) of the space pedagogics , as the image of a human being in the  future. Space pedagogics by using the full potential and  the art of  education and upbringing, serves  for  implementation  of in the new generations psychic  the main characteristics of the image of a human being of the future and form planetary-cosmic personality which is effectively self-implementing   for the benefit of permanent development of intelligent substance.

The basic ideas, the essence and genesis of scientific research method in research education didactics have been revealed in this article. It’s been shown that the researcher’s conduct and attitude towards the truth are unable to be generated by standardized content, cognitive methods or by a dominating ethos of mass educational system. Vital differences between the scientific research method and the method of projects have been revealed. The ability of the scientific research method to form an educational system has been examined.

Educational management in conditions of socio-cultural clustering

Integrative processes in society and therefore in education are a given fact of the XXI century. One of the most powerful mechanisms of integration (also in education) is clustering, where cluster as a compound of homogeneous elements makes up a new integrity with definite qualities, has a direct relation to integration processes in education, that is to creation of educational complexes composed of educational institutions of pre-school and general systems of education or between schools and gymnasiums, schools and lyceums, pre-school institutions, schools, gymnasiums and so on. Integration in cluster is maximal because such resources as material (educational-material), financial, technological, informational, methodological, human and other are present there. Cluster allows to flexibly build management system of its structures, make real forecast of cluster development and of its parts, provide resource self-assistance, what means that cluster is resistant in socio-cultural environment. The positions stated above were taken as a base of educational management in gymnasium in conditions of educational modernization.

One of the promising areas for improving the system of physical education of younger students is to find and scientific substantiation of effective tools and methods for the development of motor skills and coordination abilities of children. Choreography has the potential to solve many problems of physical education, including the development and promotion of coordination abilities as choreographic skills by nature. Purpose – to examine the effectiveness of methods of forming coordination abilities of an 8 year-olds dance elements on physical education. Methods and organization studies: analysis and synthesis of scientific- methodical literature and pedagogical practice; teacher testing, methods of mathematical statistics. The study was conducted on the basis of secondary school № 7 Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky in the experiment was 83 students (47 boys and 36 girls).
