Аннотация / Annotation:
The processes of multidirectional diversification of the educational space require understanding the role of early profiling. The idea of the project presented in the proposed publication is to develop and test a model of an educational network of specialized training. Qualitatively new approaches to the selection of the content of specialized training, the use of new educational and management technologies, the scale of the project implementation will ensure an increase in the quality and accessibility of specialized education in the region.

This article discusses some of the techniques of extensive teaching a foreign language. Experimental testing of these techniques in the conditions of university teaching a foreign language has shown their high educational effectiveness. This approach to language teaching involves reading a large number of unadapted texts in the target language at high speed, with a general coverage of the content, and mostly independently. At the same time, minimal control should be applied by the teacher. The teacher needs to guide students through special assignments that will motivate and inspire action.

The article presents the results of a study conducted to analyze the experience of using distance learning technologies by teachers of Udmurt University during the period of self-isolation in the spring of 2020. It was revealed that the majority of teachers were able to organize the educational process based on the new conditions, but, as a rule, using the tools of asynchronous interaction to the detriment of online technologies. Technical problems and lack of digital capabilities in the reservoir complicated the transition to distance learning.
