The Crisis of the Paradigm of Pedagogical Work

The purpose of the study is a selective review of the current state of labor relations in the field of pedagogical activity in the Russian Federation, including the impact of the current situation on the labor market and the emotional climate in the team. Methods of comparative analysis, analogy and meta-analysis are used. The novelty can be called a multidisciplinary classification of various aspects of the multi-format crisis that is currently forming in the field of pedagogical work.

Microlearning: Advantages and Limitations

The article reveals the essence of the microlearning format in the context of the digital transformation of education, analyzes the technological and psychological reasons for its widespread use. The advantages and limitations of this format, which determine its place in the education system, are considered. It is shown that microlearning will not be able to become a full-fledged replacement for university education in the near future, but it offers a viable addition to more labor-intensive and formalized ways of learning.

Opportunities for Teaching Free Music at a Modern University

The article considers the resources of teaching young musicians of academic orientation to the art of improvisation. In this context, the potential of different academic disciplines of music universities of pedagogical and performing profiles is studied. An overview of the possibilities of teaching free music in a modern University is presented. Recommendations are given for mastering the specifics of the game without notes based on intersubject interactions. The ways of integrated teaching of free music at the University are outlined.
