Results of Experimental Verification of the Technology of Formation of Organizational and Managerial Competence among Cadets of the Military Institute

The article presents the results of an experiment on testing the technology of formation of organizational and managerial competence among cadets of the military institute. In pedagogical technology, innovative approaches to teaching and upbringing are implemented, which are based on the possibilities of digital transformation, individualization, the project method of teaching, the use of the graduate’s digital twin model, etc. Experimental data are summarized in tables, diagrams and confirmed by mathematical methods, demonstrating the effectiveness of technology implementation in the experimental group.

The article presents the results of an experiment on testing the technology of formation of organizational and managerial competence among cadets of the military institute. This article is devoted to the analysis of the results of applying the binary lesson method with the leading component “Philosophy” within the walls of the university, as well as a description of the possible options for project activities of students in a foreign language at a technical university. The authors proceed from the hypothesis that a binary lesson with the leading component “Philosophy” can become an effective method of creating the necessary base for the implementation of project activities of students of technical universities in a foreign language.
