Results of Experimental Verification of the Technology of Formation of Organizational and Managerial Competence among Cadets of the Military Institute

The article presents the results of an experiment on testing the technology of formation of organizational and managerial competence among cadets of the military institute. In pedagogical technology, innovative approaches to teaching and upbringing are implemented, which are based on the possibilities of digital transformation, individualization, the project method of teaching, the use of the graduate’s digital twin model, etc. Experimental data are summarized in tables, diagrams and confirmed by mathematical methods, demonstrating the effectiveness of technology implementation in the experimental group.
