Total of principles of formation of contents of general scientific and natural education in pre-university professional educational institutions on the basis of needs of labor market is proposed and reasoned in the article. It is shown that increasing of quality of education is stimulated by organization of educational process on the basis of system-axiological, differential-integrative, competence, and personal-active approaches. Therefore, key and technical competences of future specialists are developed.

Social and psychological conditions of inclusion of students into voluntary actions as an integral part of a process of socialization of modern youth are considered in the article. A mechanism, conditions and functions, which provide effectiveness of social break-in as a volunteer, are determined. The model of implementation of social and psychological conditions of inclusion of volunteers in activity of social organizations is developed.

Theoretical and practical issues of psychology of decision-making in hazardous occupation are represented in the article. The results of research of psychological specifics of a process of decision-making by officers of air force logistics service are shown; this process is characterized as a personally-oriented one and related to a definite level of development of stress resistance in business communications, professional reflection and self-planning of a life time. Potential of development of decision-making abilities for professional training of officers is determined.

But why do children, who sing in the choir, perform music with enthusiasm, start being interested in art, choose melodies and think out followers for the songs, and bear their fond of music and choir performance through their life? Choristers learn to understand music inside under influence of the best works in classical music and form their life ideals, but can we say that a child in a choir learn to create? It is possible that creativeness here is based on a special sense.
