Abstract: The article deals with the analysis of the correspondence between A.S. Pushkin and V.A. Zhukovskiy (took place in 1824) concidering it as a spiritual constructive dialogue. Peculiarities of the intercourse between communicants are presented as creative interaction between a teacher and a student based on absolute respect and trust, leading to ethical reflection. Dialogical characteristics of Pushkin’s epistolary heritage can be dtermined not only by its direct addressing to the interlocutor, but by its intrapersonal communication ( autocommunication) which is connectrd with distant location of the addresser as well as with the poet’s ethical reflection leading to author’s self-development. The findings allow to elicit dialogical techniques of pedagogical maintenance of students with the help of techer homiletic speach as a kind of pedagogical rethoric.

Annotation: The formation of the teacher as active subject of pedagogical process is the priority direction of the development of the system of education. In connection with it the requirements for personal and professional qualities, his social and professional position become higher. The organization of research activities with students requires special training of teachers. District resource Centers, created on the base of the institutions of additional education of children help to take into account the personal characteristics of teachers more fully and organize their gradual accompaniment during research with students. The technology of individual education route of research activities of children contributes to the development of a tutor position of the teacher.

Learning without marks (multinumbers` estimating in the base of criteria) is one of the way of modernization in the base of estimating of planning results in the leaning of the basic education curriculum in the conditions of the realization of Federal State Educational Standards (FSES). Leaning without marks plays an important role in the process of the development of regulating educational operations, first of all operations of estimating and checkup, which have an influence on the forming of purpose – fulness, planning, correction and self – regulation. One of the principle of leaning without marks is the principle of differentiation which is supposed to use different kinds of checkup and estimating.

Abstract. Quality of the test as measuring tool for estimating of readiness of first grade pupils to training at school is investigated. The integrated parameter (a latent variable) is defined operationally – by means of a set of test tasks. Within the framework of the theory of measurement of latent variables compatibility of test tasks is investigated, i.e. in what degree they define the measured latent variable. The location of pupils and test tasks is estimated on the same scale «Readiness of first grade pupils to training at school». Results of measurement are used for an evaluation of influence of class and gender on an estimated latent variable.
