Abstract. The main purpose of this article is to present the experience of the use of rating technologies in the quality management system of professional training of students – future teachers, which can be transferred to any profession. The main idea of the rating technology is the creation of conditions for motivation, increase learning activities and independent work. Rating technology stimulates creative activity of students, and also used for diagnostics and control of knowledge. The use of rating technologies allows you to achieve personal results in education, and solve educational problems. They are treated as pedagogical system which is based on dialogical interaction, research activity, diagnostics of learning outcomes. This technology is implemented as a set of tools, methods, forms of education aimed at developing personality traits of students.
