The article substantiates an adaptive model of in-service support for teacher professional development. The concept of an «innovation-rich educational school environment» is specified. The structure of the model based on the management cycle principle is revealed. Its technological core is described: interdisciplinary laboratories, the «pedagogical trial – focused observation – reflection» cycle, and renewed activities of school methodological associations.

Challenges and threats to classical management education: a transdisciplinary response

This article explores the transformation of management education through the lens of transdisciplinarity. An analysis of interviews with faculty, administrators, and students revealed three interrelated principles for restructuring the educational process: problem-centeredness, linguistic integration, and methodological flexibility. This paradigm requires overcoming pedagogical, organizational, and institutional barriers and is a strategic objective for preparing managers to solve complex, unconventional problems.

Pre-professional tests as a condition for successful career guidance in psychological and pedagogical classes

The paper presents the results of an analysis of the role of the practical component of career guidance in developing the professional self-determination of high school students enrolled in psychology and pedagogical classes in three regions. Differences were identified between the groups of participants across three parameters: the degree to which their choice of future specialty was determined by active participation in pre-professional trials, readiness to work in their specialty in the future, and readiness to make an informed career choice.

Teaching Methodology for Intellectual Property Rights for IT Majors: Empirical Evaluation and Teaching Practices

The article describes and empirically evaluates a teaching methodology for the course “Intellectual Property Rights in Digital Technologies” for IT students at Voronezh State University, implemented over a two-year period. The model combines moot court simulations, case-based learning, domain ontology modeling, practical patent search in the Rospatent databases, and training in rights and risk management. The educational effect was assessed through a final anonymous survey using a Likert scale and the ranking of teaching methods. The study substantiates the integration of intellectual property studies into engineering education.
