A concept of ‘integrated’ (inclusive) education is put into practice in secondary schools; this concept enables children with mental deficiency to learn in usual schools. The article attracts attention of specialists in general and special education to this problem: general regulations of development, dissemination and enforcement of integrative tendencies in USA and Russia are analyzed; similar traits are shown. The article also focuses on practicability of integration of children and teenagers, having easy mental deficiency into general educational dimension.

A climate in a student group is shown as a contradictory and dynamic combination of various influences of mates and group mechanisms, developed in the process of educational activity, on a student.
