Аннотация / Annotation:
This article attempts to look into the future of the educational sphere. The author believes that the basic structural unit of the future system of mass higher education, that meets the evolving needs of society, will be global distributed university. Education will be multilingual and multicultural. The whole infrastructure of the university informatization will move to cloud computing. A training session will be an online student work with virtual University servers. The use of robotics in education and administration will provide productive employment and objective evaluation of the learning process. The material embodiment of the university will be a small office with a small staff. Campuses will be stored only in research universities, almost playing the role of scientific research institutes and laboratories.

The existing system of motivation of curators’ of student groups and its main problems are considered in the article. It is shown on the basis of data of regular sociological monitoring of an institute of curators’ training that now a material stimulation component of a motivation system suits curators very well. But there are serious disadvantages in conditions of curators’ activity and social perception of their work.

Using means of physical and technical training in female hand balancing are shown in the article. Selection of means is based on a pedagogic analysis of motor performance in female pairs on a stage of advanced specialization. The results of a research are represented. It is proved that influence of specially developed means is followed with changes in parameters of physical and technical training of partners.
