The article deals with a new method of art therapy – vocal therapy as a change of personality through singing. Singing can contribute to the vitality of a person, a more adequate perception of his inner world, help to establish a positive self-esteem. This necessitates a wider inclusion in the therapeutic and correctional-educational process of vocal works.

The article poses the problem of the formation of project self-consciousness of teachers in the framework of modern requirements in the system of general education to professionalism. The author proposes a classification of the levels of development of professionalism, depending on the level of development of project self-awareness. In the conducted formative experiment, the possibility and effectiveness of the proposed path of development of the project self-consciousness of teachers in the advanced training system is proved.

The article actualizes the problem of new methodological approaches to assessing the communication skills of future doctors. The results of self-evaluation and expert evaluation of communication skills on the basis of the check-list, obtained during the pilot station “Collection of complaints and anamnesis at the primary out-patient doctor’s appointment” in simulated conditions are presented. It is shown that the revision of the checklist is required, which consists in clarifying the criteria for assessing communication skills, changing the dichotomous measurement scale to a multicriterion scale, and expanding the subjects of the evaluation, including the opinion of a standardized patient.
