A tendency of increasing fragmentation and structuring of knowledge of university graduates is considered. Introduction into a new schedule of integrated (system) courses based on cycles of educational disciplines oriented on providing of tranfer from fragmentation to methodology of a process of education are proposed.

Some of the most serious problems of a modern university educational system, that are followed by decreasing of quality of higher professional education, are shown in the article. Approaches to solving a problem of mismatch between forms of an educational process and modern information dimension and methods of information and data streams management are given. Cases of usage of methods of getting data, coaching and ‘laboratories of creative thinking’ in a process of studying disciplines of a course ‘Innovative Management’ are represented. The results of implementation of a coaching approach into an educational process based on experience of Krasnodar Branch of RGTEU are discussed.

A role of community organizations in development of ethnic identity

An issue of importance of ethnic organizations as centers, that should conduct work with children in order to develop ethnic identity, is shown in the article. The results of an experimental research of psychological specifics of the Armenians taking part in activity of armenian community organization are given.

Development of subjectivity in training

A process of development of subjectivity as a property of a human being, who is able to transform the world and him/herself, is represented in the article. An issue of changing forms of subjectivity from educational independance through professional self-identification to professional subjectivity is represented. Analysis of the results of the given research shows understanding of the problems of secondary and higher school is conducted. The idea of development of subjectivity in education, which agressively oriented on developing conditions, which are able to provide integrity and delivery of a process of its development in all given forms, is proposed.
