The features of the models of cooperation between Russian and German universities and business organizations in the framework of realization of innovative activity

Аннотация / Annotation:
In this article the mechanisms of effective management of the international innovation are analyzed at the example of the interaction of university and small and medium-sized businesses enterprises. The article is based on the authors’ own applied research conducted under a grant support from the Institute of Public Projecting. Empirical part of the research represented in this article was based on interviews where the estimated effective mechanisms for managing international innovation were shown from the point of view of Russian universities` representatives and German small and medium-sized businesses enterprises` staff. These in-depth interviews were analyzed using the Text-Mining and SWOT analysis. Thus, it has allowed us to identify the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats that arise in the management of international innovation activities and to formulate two strategies for improving management of the international innovation activities: from the point of view of management mechanisms and from the position of the head of the international innovation project and the impact of cross-cultural factors.

Abstract: The technique of the content analysis of various subjects of a school course of physics which provides an assessment of their physical and mathematical complexity is offered. Definition assumes the analysis of used physical models and the objects represented in drawings. For an assessment define quantity and complexity of formulas and drawings with the image of mathematical abstractions. On the basis of the received estimates of physical and mathematical complexity of 27 themes their classification is made, and themes of a course of physics with high and low level of complexity are revealed.

Development of additional labor market needs of personnel necessary for the development of the economy is an important factor in predicting the socio-economic development of regions. In countries with developed market economies in the foreseeable future forecasting needs of the labor market for skilled workers with a high level of forecasting. Unfortunately, today, speaking about the size and structure of training, to make any reasonable predictions with significant statistics of employment of graduates is almost impossible. Lack of adequately substantiated plan-order leads to overproduction of graduates in one function and deficits in others. All this and much more Disability economic development. Therefore, to understand how it should work as a model predicting the economy’s needs for qualified personnel necessary to the experience of foreign countries, and to reflect all the pros and cons of existing systems.
