ABSTRACT: In article the problem of justification of presence of philosophy in an education system is put. The question lies in the plane of definition identification a top wasp of philosophy who would allow it to remain as a necessary element of modern life. The philosophical rationality represents other type of rationalism, than scientific, without losing thus the critical orientation. The philosophy appears constraining instance of extremes of rationalism that is caused by participation in its being of the mythological nature. Such consideration allows to conceptualize a thin side of interrelation of teaching and philosophy which through its teaching is shown more distinctly, philosophically realizing mission of the education.

The problem of project training organization in the technical university is examined in modern training conditions of engineers of innovative type who can predict the development of technic systems. The readiness of graduates for the development of innovative perspective product and scientific-technical idea in the direction of professional activity on the basis of physics training is selected as a result of training. The methods of entrepreneurship ideas generation are components of training results as knowledge. Having experience is the search of ideas of perspective products on the basis of their correlation with physical phenomena and effects, the readiness of graduates for management of project activities in the sphere of scientific-technical ideas implementation, the organization of process of the translation of idea into product in project form and management through the organization of project activities. The project classification is given and the stages of their implementation by translating the standard tasks in the project are selected. The forecasting stage of technical systems development is introduced. The examples of modifications of known tasks performed by students in projects independently and developed by students from «makeshift materials» shown are given. Student’s attitudes to innovative activity and the role of the teacher are discussed.

Annotation. In response to the changing attitudes towards the fate of Fatherland, its present, past and future, it is necessary to create the conditions for the younger generation to feel that Russia is their common home. In this regard, the problem of developing students’ orientation at Fatherland as a value is becoming an urgent issue. The purpose of the article is to analyze how high school students understand the terms ‘patriotism’ and ‘nationalism’ as well as to demonstrate how their views on these phenomena have been changing. The research is based on the comparative analysis of the results of the survey conducted in 2014–2015 when high school students. This has allowed to analyze their value systems, patriotic feelings and the level of interest in the fate of Fatherland.

Organizational and pedagogical approaches to the formation of regional health saving educational environment

Abstract. The article reveals the establishment of the unified national preventive protection, disclosed features, content, and the stages of formation of regional health saving educational environment (hereinafter RHSEE). The paper presents the role and place of the educational system in the implementation of the process. The «core» of a unified preventive environment – RHSEE is defined. RHSEE shows the structure of which is a set of health saving-educational systems of local, municipal and regional levels, which are linked by common goals, common bodies of administrative management and coordination. The main components of the RHSEE management are presented. The article reveals the stages of formation RHSEE based system-synergetic approach: preparatory, organizational and methodological, organizational and technological, environmental, monitoring and evaluation. The leading health-attractor activities – developing a culture of health based on the normal (reference) model of a healthy lifestyle, which drives the system and the natural processes of health-promoting activities in institutions of education are highlighted. The reasons hindering health saving activities in the sphere of education are defined. The results of experimental studies of the prevalence of factors deteriorating health of the subjects of the educational process are presented.. It is shown that on the basis of socio-educational, legal and information criteria and indicators can determine the coefficients of efficiency that can detect levels of formation of health saving educational environment in the municipalities. The dependence of the efficiency of formation of the test environment of involvement in the process of decision-makers is proved.

Based on existing concepts of the phenomenon of “social identity”, it is shown that any identity model is characterized by the presence of two main components: individual and social ones, which, in turn, define identity as a complex integrative construct which is subject to interdisciplinary research. Key points of the transition from personal to social behavior have been identified for servicewomen studying at military universities. The relevance and possible ways of pedagogical research aimed at achieving the required status of social identity by servicewomen during their training at a military university have been shown.
