Аннотация / Annotation:
The experience of organization, carrying and controlling of students` self-work on analytical chemistry in the LMS Moodle has been discussed. The focus is on individual tasks on the choice of the analysis method. They involve the exercise of choice of the optimal analysis method for a specific model, natural or technological object and its following justification. Managed self-work of students upon professionally directed tasks involves extensive use of informational technics.

The article is theoretical in nature and deals with the problem of transfer of theory and practice of developmental education for the system of D. B. Elkonin – V. V. Davydov, – its main provisions, principles, objectives, methods, organization of subject matter, vocational education in the training of teachers. The main objective of the paper is to examine the grounds underlying the provisions and principles of the theory of developmental education with the purpose of detecting implicit therein opportunity and generalizations to create theoretical models that allow for the transfer of the system of developing learning in professional education.

The article deals with assessment systems of formation of competences of the future specialist, which is used in the educational process of higher education. The scales of assessment of formation of competences of students in Russia and abroad are given. European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) is revealed, the purpose of which is facilitating the recognition procedures of the Russian diplomas of higher education, transparency of educational programs and curriculum. Module-rating system of assessment is presented as a method of motivating the students to systematic and active work.

The authors examine linguistic mechanisms of formation, fixation and implementation of phobia units in the English- and Russian-language press. The authors have taken the “migration as the basis of the discursive practices involved in the formation of phobias. The authors compare and analyse the language material translating phobias in the Russian and American media. Analysing contemporary authentic language material, the authors identify similarities and peculiarities in the manifestation of phobias, stressing that implementation of phobias and, consequently, the choice of language means of manifestation, are influenced by the political situation in the country.

Need of realization of innovative forms of interaction of education, the science and business allowing to solve problems of training of highly qualified specialists for needs of railway transport is noted. The new form of interaction – “regional innovative educational industrial group” (RIEIG) is offered. The model of realization of RIOPG is developed.

The author analyzes the factors that influence the pedagogical conditions of formation of the person of children in early childhood, living together with convicted mothers in prisons in Italy and Russia. The features of social guarantees for mothers, the legal framework regulating the penitentiary for convicted women with young children, the conditions of living together in their prisons. The authors conclude that, in spite of the effect of adverse factors of the penitentiary, the creation of comfortable conditions for convicted mothers living with the child plays a key role in shaping its future as an individual.
