The problem of teaching methods is solved on the basis of scientific creativity process conceptions. At theoretical level classification of methods is proposed and the problem-dialogical methods, that provide creative assimilation of knowledge, are discussed. At applied level the problem dialogue technology characteristic is presented, and its results are discussed in terms of the requirements of Federal state educational standards.

The article is a review of foreign studies on proenvironmental behavior and its components. There are three main theoretical models on which the most part of researches is based. It is the theory of Schwartz S.H. (1977), Stern P.C. et al. (1999) and Ajzen I. (1991). It is stressed the importance of feedback and the information on negative effects of energy consumption as a factor in the development of energy management.
