The article is devoted to the description of the author’s approach to the organization of the educational process, aimed at the formation and development of entrepreneurial competencies among students in the conditions of integration of general and additional education. The approach is based on a comprehensive study by students of the works of Jules Verne and a deep transformation of the information received. The concept of “entrepreneurship” is also introduced in the context of schooling.

The article deals with the presentation and justification of the effectiveness gamification, aimed at solving the problems existed in the current educational standards for increasing the effectiveness of English classes for the future bachelors-teachers. The article presents the main results of the implementation of gamification to boost the effectiveness of the English classеs for future bachelor-teachers, their involvement in the educational process for mastering basic competences, as well as the results and practicability of this technology in the university teaching process.

The article analyzes the hourly load of the discipline “Reliability” depending on the industry (direction) and the form of training, considers the provision of the course with laboratory equipment and software, gives recommendations for introducing laboratory work into the course and standardizing the load. The analysis was based on a sample of 54 work programs in various fields of study.

The article presents the theoretical provisions about the rural school, revealing its distinctive features and its functioning as a socio-cultural phenomenon. New principles and criteria for socio-cultural assessment of rural school activities are formulated. The socio-cultural approach was tested in the course of a study of rural schools using a qualitative and quantitative strategy. The results of the study allow us to consider the rural school in a new way – as a cultural factor of the village.

Legal education on FSES 3++: developing universal abilities or losing general cultural training?

The article provides a comparative analysis of the requirements for the results of mastering educational programs in the field of jurisprudence contained in the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education of the last two generations. By analyzing the competences formed in the process of studying the discipline “Philosophy”, the author concludes that the content of legal education is being dehumanized and its general cultural component reduced. The author argues for the professional significance of general humanitarian training lawyers pointing out the negative consequences of the transition from fundamental education to applied one focused on the needs of the labor market.
