Necessity to develop professional and communicative tolerance as a professionally valuable personal trait by specialists in a social and pedagogic sphere is reasoned in the article; main charecteristics of this phenomenon are shown; some axiological lines, factors, development conditions of professional and communicative tolerance of specialists within a system of continuous education are given; great attention is paid to consideration of a situational and context approach to professional and commmunicative training of a social teaching staff.
